i almost planned to write a glowing review, but the breakfast line was so long that it would make you question whether you were at a buffet or a cattle ranch. also, the pillows felt like they were stuffed with sand. i was also expecting a welcome gift but it seems only the 'regulars' get those. real shame, truly!

The pool area was horrifically overcrowded, with sunbeds packed too closely together!!! No proper management of loungers left unattended for hours, making it a legroom nightmare!!! Don't expect much from the evening adult entertainment either!!!

The main pool was often overcrowded, making it tough to find a sunbed, and some pools weren't heated, leading to chilly dips that could be a shock to younger guests. Wait times for the limited number of toasters during breakfast caused frustrations, and the ice cream selection was popular enough to create long queues, resulting in melted treats by the time people reached the front. room cleaning service was inconsistent. we noticed that our room was only cleaned twice in a week, which felt a bit lacking for a family stay. Lastly, the evening entertainment was hit or miss, with some nights being quite loud without much substance, which might not suit everyone’s tastes.

my stay in can picafort was pleasant, and the grupotel exceeded my expectations with its amazing family-friendly atmosphere. the dinner options were diverse and everything tasted fresh, especially at the tavern restaurant. the staff constantly tidied the communal areas, ensuring everything felt clean and welcoming.

Breakfast offers a wide variety, including delicious home-made jams, which enhances the dining experience. sunbeds are packed too closely together, making relaxation difficult, and the bus services can be crowded. Despite the good location, the lack of nearby shops means trips to find decent food can be a hassle.

The pools were a delight, perfect for all ages! I enjoyed the cleanliness and the accessibility to both the beach and dining areas. so easy for a lovely stroll after a hearty meal.

This was just an optimal selection for a break on a long journey in Can Picafort with attractive and competitive value for money. The beach was fantastic, even though sometimes seaweed was an issue. Check the pool temperatures if staying with kids instead of assuming they're warm.

Our family room was spacious, had a kitchenette with a microwave, and a flat-screen TV. The pools were excellent, especially the kids' pool, and the beach was right there. The buffet had a huge selection including gluten-free options. The staff were super nice, and the entertainment kept the kids happy every night.

We had a fantastic time at this resort! The numerous pools and water slides kept my kids entertained, while the beach was just stunning! Our only downside was the cleanliness of the food areas at times. some dining spots could've used a bit more attention.
